This course is delivered live via Zoom over two engaging days, provides managers, supervisors, and wellbeing leads with the knowledge and confidence to support colleagues experiencing mental health challenges. This accredited training helps you recognise early signs of mental ill health, reduce stigma, and promote positive wellbeing in the workplace. You’ll learn how to offer initial support, use a Mental Health Action Plan, and refer individuals to professional help where appropriate. By completing this course, you’ll be equipped to act as a Mental Health First Aider, helping to create a safer, more understanding, and resilient workplace culture.
