Course Timings:

Standard hours run from 09:00 to 16:00. Flexible timings can be arranged for group bookings, such as 08:00 to 15:00 or 10:00 to 17:00, provided the full course duration is met.

Refreshments:

Tea, coffee, and water are available throughout the day. Lunch is not provided, so we recommend bringing your own or making use of the cafés and shops within walking distance in Pembury village.

Parking:

Free onsite parking is available for all attendees at the Mercure Tunbridge Wells.

Facilities:

Training takes place in modern, fully equipped meeting rooms within the hotel. All first aid equipment is provided, and a smartphone or tablet is required to scan QR codes during assessments.

Location

Conveniently positioned just off the A21 in Pembury, this venue serves learners across Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Paddock Wood, and the wider Kent area.

From the North (e.g., M25 / Sevenoaks):

Leave the M25 at Junction 5 and join the A21 southbound, following signs for Hastings.
Continue past Sevenoaks and Tonbridge, staying on the A21 toward Tunbridge Wells.
Take the exit signposted Pembury and the A228.
At the roundabout, follow signs onto Tonbridge Road heading into Pembury.
The Mercure Tunbridge Wells is on the right, with parking available on site.

From the South (e.g., Hastings / Bexhill):

Take the A21 northbound toward London.
Continue through Lamberhurst, following signs for Tunbridge Wells and Pembury.
At the Pembury junction, leave the A21 and join the A228.
Follow signs onto Tonbridge Road into Pembury village.
The Mercure Tunbridge Wells is on your right, with onsite parking for all attendees.
